Broccoli Spinach Pesto


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1 cup (16 servings)



1 cup steamed broccoli

1 cup spinach

¼ cup olive oil

1 lemon, juiced (about 3 tablespoons)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

2 tablespoons toasted walnuts

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon kosher salt



  1. Add all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.


Nutrition Facts for one serving(1 tablespoon): 45 calories, 1g C 4g F, 0.5g P, 0.4g Fiber, 111mg sodium (high in Vitamin A, C + K)
