Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats with Berries

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Yield:  1 serving 



1/4 cup old fashioned oats

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup almond milk

Dash of cinnamon

1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)


  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, honey, almond milk and cinnamon to a large bowl.  Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  3. In the morning top with fresh berries and add more almond milk if consistency is too thick.

**If chia seeds are not available any type of seeds such as flax, sunflower, hemp can be substituted**

Nutrition facts per serving:  262 calories; 35g carbs, 17g protein, 6g fat
