Overnight Oats with Berries

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
PREPARATION
**If chia seeds are not available any type of seeds such as flax, sunflower, hemp can be substituted**

What diet is recommended after 7day detox?
After the 7 days you can still follow a similar meal plan! Lean proteins such as chicken, lots of vegetables, healthy fats and whole grains. See my post on the Macro Exchange Food List
