Colorful potatoes also have more antioxidants than regular baking potatoes💥 if you don’t mind purple mash, use purple cauliflower for even more cancer fighting 🥊 antioxidants specifically anthocyanins💜 Smother that mash with a superfood gravy made with a blend of 6 powerful medicinal mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms🍄
